Blogtober is here!

It’s Fall. It’s the first day of October, which means it’s Blogtober.

I attempted this last year, and it really didn’t so great. I’m hoping this year, I’ll be better at it.

What this means, is that I’ll be posting every day, every other day, or once a week.

The problem last year was I ran out of stuff to write about, and I didn’t wanna use other ideas that I had written down because I didn’t want to use them and not be able to give credit to the person I wrote the ideas down from. Anxiety issues, haha.

Anyways, get ready for a months, or almost a months, worth of posts from me! 🙂

Skin Care!

As I’m sitting here watching the Season 3 finale episode of Downton Abbey on Amazon, I have an anti stress mask on my face; feeling it getting tighter every second on my skin. I thought to myself that I would update you all on my skin care routine, or as I like to call it, half of my Self Care routine, which I’ll make another post for that later. (I started writing this post about a week ago, haha!)

So, let’s get this ball rolling!

Morning/Day Routine

I always wash my face in the shower. I feel it’s more convenient, and makes my skin care go by quicker.

I use two washes, both St. Ives; the blackhead scrub and the apricot scrub.

The blackhead scrub smells amazing! It controls the redness in my face after I’ve showered. I’m still wondering why my face is always red after showering. This scrub is mild and doesn’t exfoliate deep.

The apricot scrub is a more heavier scrub. It exfoliates more than the blackhead scrub, and also smells amazing.

After I rinse my face, and hop out of the shower, I put on the Simple moisturizer. I’ve this stuff for forever, so I had to get a new one. I’ll update on the new moisturizer once I use it for a while.

Night Routine

My night routine is pretty simple. All I use is the Clean & Clear night time face wash with the same moisturizer.

Taking off the makeup

When I take off my makeup, I’ll use makeup remover wipes. Sometimes I’ll use the simple micellar water, but I got new one of that, too; I’ll update when I use that one for a while, as well.
