Man, oh man…

Orlando just can’t catch a break this week/weekend.

As y’all may know, Friday, June 10, 2016, a 22 year old singer by the name of Christina Grimmie was shot and killed as she was signing autographs after a concert that night. Her killer ended up killing himself.
Sunday, June 12, 2016 – A man, whose name I won’t mention for my own reasons, walked into Pulse Nightclub at about 2:00AM. He shot and killed 50 people, injuring 53. He ended up in a shoot out with the Orlando Police Department for an hour. The OPD shot and killed him.
Tuesday, June 14, 2016 – This is where this post really begins. A family of 5 from Nebraska was vacationing down at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fl. They were waiting for the Magic Kingdom firework show Wishes to start. At about 9:30PM, an alligator attacked the 2 year old boy, who was with his father in 1 foot of water, and dragged him into the water.

My heart is breaking for this family, and for the town of Orlando still.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

My heart goes out to all of those that were effected.

Oh, man. How do I even begin to write this blog post? All the crazy stuff that happened over the weekend just breaks my heart, and it all happened in Orlando, not far from my hometown.

If you’re unaware of the events that took place over the weekend in Orlando, Florida, let me brief you on it. A contestant on the NBC talent show The Voice, Christina Grimmie, was shot and killed after she preformed a show. She was signing autographs and taking pictures when a man, who traveled to Orlando from a different state, walked up to her and shot her. Christina’s brother tackled the man, who then killed himself the same night. I saw this news, and my heart immediately broke. Tons of people in the music industry were saddened by this news. Selena Gomez being the biggest one, as she knew Grimmie because of Gomez’ stepdad signing her at 14 years old, an article said. The Voice coach, Adam Levine, who was Grimmie’s coach, has offered to pay for her funeral.

Another horrific event happened just two days after Grimmie was killed. I’m sure you’ve all heard about this as it was all over the news, and still is. A man walked into Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Fl., shot and killed 50 people and injured 53 others. I’m not gonna lie, I’m terrified. All this happened happened not far from my hometown, as stated in the opening sentences of this post. My heart still breaks for those who lost their lives that night. My heart breaks more for the families who lost their loved ones. I’m sure if you’re keeping up with this story, you’ll know why he did it, or at least have a clue as to why he did it. More and more information is being poured out into the news stations every second of the day.

I’m not real big into politics because quite frankly, it confuses me, so I’m just gonna leave it at that before my big mouth, brain, and fingers (the ones doing the typing) get me into trouble.

The point of this post was to say that my heart is breaking, has broken, and is still breaking for those lives lost, and most importantly for the families that lost their loved ones. Please, keep Florida, especially Orlando, in your thoughts and prayers until this all gets calmed down again.

Cleaning, Organizing, Routines, you name it!

So, as I’m sitting here trying to make this blog more me, I’m watching/listening to videos on YouTube on keeping a clean organized home, how to start up a cleaning routine, etc., and I just got inspired to actually make a post! Shocking, I know. I’m pretty shocked, too. Just kidding.

I’m not the cleanest person. My parents would make me clean my room, and within the same day, my room would be a mess. I’m not joking. There would be times where I would start cleaning my room, and my mom would have to take over because I was taking so long. I don’t like cleaning, but I’m starting to enjoy it a little bit more. Before Will and I had to move back in with his mom (the house we were renting had a major problem and we needed to get out ASAP), I was on a routine. I was getting up at 7:00-7:30 in the morning, I was eating breakfast by 7:45, washing the dirty dishes by 8:00, and I was blogging on my old blog by 8:15-8:30, depending how many dishes were in the sink. I was blogging by 8:30-8:45, still sipping on my coffee, and by 9:00 I was either doing research on Disney or Universal, planners, Pinteresting, whatever I wanted to do while Will was at work. I’d eat lunch at about 12:00, and he’d be home before I knew it. I would talk to my brother in law, Tyler, who lived with us at the time, about bills, or really nothing. I would budget around 2:30 or after I washed the dishes.

I cannot tell you how excited I am about getting back into this routine. Of course, I won’t be waking up at 7:00 in the morning. It would be more close to 8:00 in the morning, or 9:00 in the morning. Sadly, my morning routine will have to altered a little bit because I am pregnant with my first child. That means that for my coffee, I have to switch to decaf because I use big coffee cups. The coffee cup that absoutely love has “Keep Calm And Put The Coffee On” on it in red. The cup is white, by the way. It fits like 4 cups of coffee in it. It’s big, ha ha!

I love a good routine. Not gonna lie. It’s my favorite videos to watch on YouTube, and it’s my favorite posts to read by bloggers. When I go on YouTube, I’ll go watch my subscription box, then I’ll try to find something to watch on my dashboard thing. If I can’t find anything to watch, I’ll search for routine videos. I’ll watch the ones that look interesting or that have a good thumbnail. I’ll watch morning routines, night routines, cleaning routines, you name it.

I’m just rambling on about nothing. I got inspired to make a post, and it’s taking me almost 3 hours to write it because dinner was ready so I ate it, and I heard a baby cry because she wasn’t happy.

I’m going to leave you with this post, and I’m going to continue catching up on my favorite vlogger on YouTube.

I bid you a good day!
